"Comedy, Literature and Magic at the Housing Works Bookstore Cafe (Wednesday) This installment of the Better Book Club will feature a panel of writers and comics tackling, among other subjects, magic in literature and life. The participants include Lev Grossman, author of “The Magician King: A Novel”; Haley Tanner, author “Vaclav & Lena”; and Adam Conover, a comedian.
