This week at Housing Works Bookstore Cafe: music, stories, and art all in one event for tonight’s Storychord.com 50th Birthday Party; an evening of “characters” with Adult Education; a night of Coney Island mayhem including live sword swallowing and burlesque; and a new food and travel web show, The Innocents Abroad, with Venezuelan snacks and free drinks. All free and at 7PM.
Plus happy hour from 4PM to 8PM this Friday night, and don’t forget, today is the final day of our Poetry Sale, and this weekend is the Monthly Sale and the whole store is 30% off.
