This week is the big BookExpo America here in New York. It’s mostly for industry folk (yours truly, booksellers, librarians, reviewers), but there are plenty of bonus items for readers. Such as this mixtape of party songs by A Visit from the Goon Squad author Jennifer Egan, part of a raffle for a HousingWorks and Bookrageous party.
Note Egan’s preference for the original “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record),” not the Flo Rida cover.
